How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping within the US usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I return or exchange body jewelry?
Due to health and safety regulations, we can only accept returns on jewelry that is still in its original, heat-sealed clear packaging. Once the seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
