Due to the intimate nature of body jewelry, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and still sealed in their original heat-sealed packaging. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.

Ensure your items are still in their original, factory-sealed clear packaging; for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the seal has been broken or tampered with.

Contact Support

Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Pack and Ship

Safely pack your items in a padded envelope or box and include a note with your RMA number, then ship it back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method.

Processing and Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items to confirm the seals are intact, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your requested exchange.
