These have a hook at the bottom that you can easily slide a plug hoop clasp through. Available in sizes 1/2" (12mm) - 5/8" (16mm). The wearable area is about 7-8mm. Full length is about 10mm. Brass is not meant for long term wear. May oxidize under extreme moisture conditions. Designed to support stretched ears wearing heavy ear weights / earrings. For healed piercings.
